【Properties】

NaH₂PO₄ is white powder, and melting point is at 190℃，it is easily soluble in water, but not in organic solution.

 

【Application 】

In industries, used for detergent, electroplating and antirust agent, ect, it is also a raw material for food production of Monosodium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate and Sodium Hexameta Phosphate. In food industries it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent and nourishment, etc.
